Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to MailRaft at https://mailraft.com and all MailRaft-operated subdomains during the controlled beta. By creating a workspace you accept these terms. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the service.

Who is providing MailRaft
The provider is Bisso Technologies Ltd, incorporated in Tanzania. Contact: contact@mailraft.com. Primary jurisdiction for disputes arising from use of MailRaft is Tanzania; where mandatory consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction apply, those are honored at the dispute-resolution level.
The service
MailRaft is a business-email operating system that combines a shared inbox, grounded AI drafts, human approvals, scoped third-party integrations and a REST/MCP surface. Features depend on your plan and the specific provider resources you connect.
Beta scope
- Beta access is subject to owner approval.
- Public self-serve checkout is not yet available.
- Sending is disabled except for separately authorized sandbox tests. Provider approval, recipient consent, live feedback acceptance and reviewed release gates are required before general sending. Safety or provider restrictions may require an immediate pause.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you use to sign in, the people you add to a workspace, the content you process through MailRaft and the provider resources you connect. You must not share credentials, bypass tenant scope controls, or attempt to access another tenant data.
Acceptable use
Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy at https://mailraft.com/acceptable-use. MailRaft is not an outbound bulk marketing platform; sending to purchased, rented, harvested or scraped lists is prohibited and will result in suspension.
Approvals and content ownership
You retain all rights in your content. By approving an outbound operation you authorize MailRaft to send that exact content through the provider the operation targets. Approval is bound to the exact content; any edit invalidates it and requires a fresh approval.
Payment during beta
Billing is handled directly with Bisso Technologies Ltd. Pricing tiers published at https://mailraft.com/pricing apply. Taxes are the responsibility of the paying party in their jurisdiction. Public self-serve checkout and invoicing automation are not available during the beta.
Suspension
We may suspend a tenant integration or an entire workspace when we have a reasonable belief that use violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the terms of any provider you have connected. We will tell you the reason for suspension in writing unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Service limits
- MailRaft is in controlled beta.
- We do not currently publish an uptime SLA.
- We publish current endpoint reachability on https://status.mailraft.com, which is an observation and not a service commitment.
No warranty
MailRaft is provided during the controlled beta on an as-is basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee delivery to any specific inbox or folder; email delivery depends on the recipient mailbox provider and your sender reputation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.
Export control
You will not use MailRaft in a way that violates applicable export control, sanctions or trade laws.
Changes
Material changes are summarized here with the effective date. We will notify active beta workspaces of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are first routed to good-faith negotiation; failing that, Tanzania courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
