Reporting during beta

• For security disclosures, include a focused description and reproduction steps without credentials or customer content.
• For abuse reports, include the sender, approximate time and message identifier if available. The operator can pause implicated sending while investigating.
• For privacy and legal requests, describe the requested action. The operator must verify identity and confirm scope and timing.
• If you cannot reach the domain contact, use yuso.sadick@gmail.com. No support response-time SLA is offered during beta.

What we will never do

• Ask for your account password or MFA code.
• Ask you to disable spam filters, SPF, DKIM or DMARC on your domain.
• Send unsolicited marketing to your account.
• Share your mail content or metadata with third parties outside the scoped integrations you authorized.
• Direct-message or cold-call prospective customers; any outreach that is not initiated by your own authenticated interaction with the product should be reported to contact@mailraft.com.

Scheduling and sales

Beta access is granted by application. Email contact@mailraft.com with a short description of your workload: approximate daily transactional volume, inbound mailbox providers you use, and whether approvals need multiple reviewers.
