About MailRaft

MailRaft is a business-email operating system built by Bisso Technologies Ltd in Tanzania. We make it practical for teams to keep every outbound email deliberate, approved and traceable, without choosing a specific mail provider.

The problem we care about

Modern teams rely on email for support, operations, finance and legal correspondence. Yet the pipeline that produces those emails is often informal: a draft in one tab, a provider in another, no shared record of who approved what. The result is reputation risk, legal exposure and tired reviewers.

What we build

• A shared inbox that preserves threads across providers.
• Grounded AI drafts with chunk-level citations.
• Approvals bound to exact bytes.

• Evidence-first: every release carries sanitized evidence, no adjective-only claims.

Why Tanzania

Our regulatory anchor is Tanzania PDPA 2022. Our first customers run their email reputations in East African and global contexts, and we care about serving both well: local invoicing, local compliance, global deliverability.
